As the custodians of this lovely English pub, in the idyllic village of Adderbury in North Oxfordshire we would like to offer you a warm welcome
Our philosophy is that we’re a pub first! We are the hub of the village, and serve well kept ales, and delicious wines and spirits in a friendly, welcoming pub, which dates back to 1783.
We serve good quality meals in the bar or in our, newly redecorated dining room, cooked in our kitchen using great quality local produce. Traditional pub food, but with a bit of care and attention, and our own recipes. Not a ready meal in sight!
As the social centre of the village, we host many clubs and societies, sometimes in our private function / dining room, or in the garden. See the clubs we host here.
